Q: How are Agropro’s Lawn Care Programs different from other companies?

A: We utilize soil testing as a basis for all our lawn care programs. By testing your soil we can determine the soil pH and the nutrient levels in your soil. We can then alter our nutrient program to fit your needs.

We use quality controlled release fertilizers to promote consistent color and growth throughout the year. We use the same fertilizers that many golf courses use on their fairways and greens to achieve top quality results.

We apply the highest quality pre- and post-emergent weed controls available to ensure outstanding weed control.

We treat hard to control weeds such as Button Weed, Nut Sedge, Violets, and Fescue clumps at no extra charge.

We include curative treatments for lawn insects such as Grubs, Spittle Bugs, and Army Worms when needed at no extra charge. We offer preventative insect control programs at an additional charge.

We are committed to minimizing the use of pesticides.

Q: How long will it take for you to treat my lawn?

A: Our equipment is designed to treat 1000 sq. ft. per minute. This means that an average size lawn of 8000 sq. ft. should take 8 minutes to treat from start to finish.

Q: Will rain affect the results of my application?

A: Most products we apply need to be watered into the soil for maximum results. Rainfall or irrigation will not hinder the results of an application; it will actually improve the effectiveness.

Q: Are fungicide applications for disease included in Agropro’s standard lawn program?

A: Fungicide applications are not included in our standard lawn program. We will notify you if we see signs of disease in your lawn and take the proper action to control the disease upon your approval. We offer preventative disease control programs for all grass types.

Q: How long should I stay off the lawn after an application?

A: You should allow liquid applications time to dry before walking on the lawn. Liquid applications will normally dry on the lawn within 30 minutes. You can walk on the lawn immediately after a granular application.

Q: Are your products safe for me and my pets?

A: Agropro will never apply a product to your lawn or landscape plants that will harm you or your pets. We use the safest, most effective products available in our programs. We will always make an effort to make sure pets are inside during our applications. We will not make a liquid application if your pet is on an area that is to be treated. Always allow time for liquid applications to dry before releasing your pet into the treated area.

Q: Does Agropro accept credit cards?

A: Yes. Agropro accepts Visa and MasterCard payments.
